Zastijenje heights is an area located between the springs of Demićka and Ulička rivers that makes it's southeastern and northwestern borders before they met with Vrbanja river. Zastijenje heights is also part of Čemernica mountain located between Skender Vakuf, Kotor Varoš and Travnik cities.

In this article we will try to follow journey of two rock climbers from Tuzla, more precisely, members of the mountaineers club PD Konjuh that enjoyed in Romanija mountain rock climbing. We already said that Romanija is one of the most favorite mountains for this sport in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Lupoglav is one of the peaks on Prenj mountain that is 2102 meters high. This year, as before, there will be held an International memorial climbing on Lupoglav as a memorial to the three mountaineers that died there.

Lupoglav is one of the eleven peaks on Prenj mountain higher than 2000 meters. Exact altitude of Lupoglav is 2102 meters above sea level and it is considered as one of the very serious climbing destinations.
