Sarajevo was a host today for a sixth Half Marathon that gathered more than a thousand participants from more than a 25 countries.
Trebević is a mountain 1629 meters high and located southeast from Sarajevo at the exact border of Sarajevo city center. Hikers and mountaineers can start their climbing on Trebević literally from the city streets so this is one of the favorite mountains for this kind of adventure.

In this article we will present you more than 200 pictures taken in Sarajevo before World war II. This will be the first in our series of publishing of old Sarajevo's pictures and we hope that we will succeed in our mission of collecting most of it in one place.
