Located on the far northeast part of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fertile plains around Bijeljina ethno village Stanišići is reminiscent of the real mountain village from central Bosnia. Small hills, creeks and lakes is not a common environment which can be found around Bijeljina.

Zastijenje heights is an area located between the springs of Demićka and Ulička rivers that makes it's southeastern and northwestern borders before they met with Vrbanja river. Zastijenje heights is also part of Čemernica mountain located between Skender Vakuf, Kotor Varoš and Travnik cities.
