In July there was a decrease in arrivals of domestic tourists by 19 percent, while foreign tourist arrivals increased by 11.7 percent - according the data of the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Hercegovina.
The participation of domestic tourists in the total number of realized nights in July was 37 percent and 63 percent for foreign tourists.
In July, the highest rates of visits was made by Polish tourists -19.1 percent, 7.9 percent Serbian, Croatian 6.7, 6.4 other non-European countries, Turkey and Slovenia 5.9 and 5.8 percent, totaling 51.8 percent while tourists from other countries made 48.2 percent of the nights.
Tourists, on average, stayed 2.7 nights.
By length of stay of foreign tourists in the first place were Icelanders with an average holding of 10.2 days,followed by tourists from Luxembourg with 6.9 nights, Ireland 4.7, 4.4 Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania with the 4.2 days and Iran four days.
In Bosnia in July was registered 26.449 available beds, which is 0.6 percent more than in June and 3.6 percent more than in July.
